I think thunderbolt will have a chance once it is native to motherboard and won't need an add on card . I know that is planned for Intel Haswell platform next year. A lot of people just won't buy add on card, and until it has gotten some distance from being Apple only prices won't start going down ...

If you want it to send you a new email just order DUMMY or DUMMY 0 if you don't want to be charged for the DUMMY set. Also, depending on when you sent payment, it might not have received an update yet. Though it probably has now since there haven't been any payments for a while because of lack of a ...

Haha, okay so obviously the K series are very different from the standard Filco/Cherry/SP keys! :D Since I put them on the function row, and I barely use that row, I haven't really felt any difference. I think that the J series keys feel slightly less flat in comparison to the standard Filco keys, b...

Nice shade of orange, makes a led-backlit-board much more attractive/usable. So what the f were they thinking placing the arrows there instead of just one key to the left? aaaand would it be correct to say that a spelling change is in order for KBT? i.e. KBt, or KBtK even... and what the heck is th...

@GeorgeStorm/off Ehh... well I like them but they feel like plastic? :D The Filco keys are a lot smoother, but maybe that's cause they are a year old. In any case I think that the texture on the Filco keys is almost not there while these have some texture to them, the profile isn't massively differe...

Filco TKL with colourful keycaps from QWERKeys

I received my keycaps from Sleabo at QWERKeys yesterday and thought I'd share. This is total McKEYMouse Effect but I like the way it turned out. The top row wasn't organized in any particular way, and maybe I should change that. I have some of the first modifiers they made on this keyboard too, the ...

Because it's not fair on those who have been 'in line' for a longer period than you. If someone 'drops out' then the item should be offered to the next person in line, successively, until someone accepts to take it. That makes more sense than playing a game of favourites.

Just sent a message with what you want followed by the amount that you want. It does not matter what you sent before, the new value simply overwrites whatever was in the system before. So if it was MXRED 50 before, and you send MXRED 30 now, then your new order is for 30, instead of 50. Anyway, I am...

It's got all the same hardware you'd expect to see on a typical MacBook Pro, so I don't see your point. The only thing it's really missing is the DVD drive, but that is mostly useless anyway.

The majority of people will either use Windows or OS X on their main machine, and both are proprietary. Even if the customer doesn't intend on using the pre-installed OS, most laptops come with one or the other of those OSes installed save for a select few. So in that respect neither side is better....

What flame war? How else do you expect them to make it thinner? They need to custom make everything to make it fit into that kind of space. I don't really mind cause the amount of RAM they are making available is enough, and the upgrade price isn't as outrageous as I have thought it was on other pro...

The HDMI port is not 'instead' of DisplayPort, it's in addition to two Thunderbolt ports, which, in case you do not know, are 'backwards compatible' with DisplayPort. So it has 3 video out ports, more if you use USB 3.0 adapters I guess. Supposedly it only supports 2 external monitors, so I don't kn...

With regards to the DPI settings, yes, I believe that is Windows' fault.
