Re: Great/Interesting Finds

That eBay auction went out of my comprehension. How is it technically possible to jump from 550 to 2000?!? The previous bidder set 2000 as his Max bid? and it took just few seconds to overcome it?!? Without mention the winning bid (back in time of 16secs). Would someone wiser than me explain that, t...

If you are potentially interested in buying a kit, please fill out this quick survey: https://www.surveylegend.com/s/2lnv Very interesting initiative that seems paving the way to a new m/f hybrid project now that hybrid is so fashionable. I'am in if only the survey worked. Please, fix the broken li...

Re: Post your keyboards that went to hell (and hopefully back)

I'm sure many here remember this one. I got extremely lucky in tracking down some replacement parts from members here otherwise this would not have turned out as nice and would have taken much longer. The metalwork and paint was done by a local car restoration shop. *Spare keyboard module and upper...

May i suggest some sugru (Google it, if you don't know what I am speaking of) to fix the frayed cable.... Anyway prices are rising, even if nos, IMHO. Prices probably were rising, but this seller takes offers and has "more than 10 available" so I have no idea. I'll keep the second one NIB, but I'd ...

Leading Edge DC-2014 mechanical keyboard blue Alps switches Currently $122 with an hour left. Not that it's necessarily a "good deal," but I'd like to see what it eventually sells for. Hello and welcome Given. It's a joy to know that this board is also attended by young people and not only by old nostalgics from IBM times gone, like me.... But maybe I'm depreciating myself too much. LOL
I'am looking forward to knowing which rare keyboards you'll publish on the wiki.

It's definitely a scam with that sticker on the back. A bad Italian job according to the kbd layout. It's seems to be a '90s clicky cherry, but I let the word to someone more savvy. The pvc manufacturing is the warranty of a bright future, though.
