Hi Im looking to pay someone to make a custom cable for my IBM Model M.
What im looking for:

- Sleeved with my choice of trendy sleeve color. (fairly neutral color to match the beige of the IBM Keyboard)
- Length needed is 2-3ft.

Keyboard Haul Photos
I wanted to share some of my haul photos. All the keyboards in these photos are now all fully refurbished and cleaned. Next steps for me right now are to get more, sell some that I'll never use or have dupes of, build some keyboard storage in the garage, and to convert a few into USB (waiting for ...

My new favorite ALPS keyboard: focus fk-555 - Cyan Omron B3G-S series
Found a pretty cool keyboard this past weekend. I didnt think much of it when I pussed it out of the dump but upon further investigation Ive sort of fallen in love with it and might even make it one of my regular use keyboards on my Windows 10 machine.

Got my girlfriend her first mechanical keyboard - Havit HV-KB389L
I recently asked my girlfriend what keyboard she used at her office job and I was appalled to find that she was given a used Dell Rubber dome keyboard! :o
So I recovered this nice little Havit HV-KB389L starter mechanical keyboard from the recycle center for a few dollars. After cleaning it up and ...

HoneyWell Model M "Dell Military Service"?
This weekend at the e-waste recycle center I found this Honeywell Model M Keyboard.
While doing my usual cleaning I found a few things about it that are a little bit different than a normal Model M.
- Has a Honeywell Badge on the top left where the IBM logo normally is.
- All keycap stems where ...

Unknown Alps Switches Keyboard w/ built in Track Pad.
I found this decent little unlabeled keyboard with really nice tactile alps switched in it. The layout is nice and it has a built in track pad. the back plate is steel so there is no twisting in the board. Keycaps are ok (about as thin as modern Cherries), some are double shot and some have a clear ...

Need help Identifying this IBM "Quadrant Components" Model F Keyboard
I found this today at my local e-waste recycle center and haven't been able to find any information on its history online. Can anyone help me identify it? Im assuming "Quadrant Components" is some sort of partnership that happened with IBM in the 80's but Ive never seen IBM allow other companies to ...

Trying to identify "Micro Switch Freeport IL" keyboard
I need help identifying this keyboard I found at the recycle center this weekend. Its older than any other keyboard Ive ever brought home and the shell is made of solid steel! Upon opening it up I found a few labels that say “Micro Switch Freeport IL” but after minor research I’m not finding much ...
