Re: Yahoo! Japan Auctions Thread

It seems that you bought the M343, I am another bidder, when it reaches 13500JPY I chose to give up because it exceeded my budget. I was also about to give up on it as it already went over my budget of 12000JPY, so pretty sure if someone else bidded more I would've already given up XD But I'll try ...

For some reason I only saw the M9, might be the lack of oxygen bringing all the keyboards up a flight of stairs hahaha

Re: Yahoo! Japan Auctions Thread

So I just got home and the packaged arrived. https://i.imgur.com/O6l5U15.png The SORD keyboard has a cherry switch in it, but it clearly isn't MX mount. I can't find any info on the switch after a quick google search, and I can't find any info on it. It's pretty linear and very pingy. The mount look...

Re: Yahoo! Japan Auctions Thread

The second was pure luck that I even came across it. I don't have it just yet but I know the case is metal and is 2.2 Kg or < 5 pounds so quite heavy for it's diminutive size. Please do document the innards of the board, I'm interested to see if there is something different with this board since it...

If it stays low I might throw some bids at it. Looks neat for sure edit: i get kind of a topre vibe from it, but i'm not sure. someone please grab it!! Did topre boards come with those kinds of stepped caps? I was getting an alps vibe from. The homing keys look scooped as well. Maybe i'm just seein...

Re: Yahoo! Japan Auctions Thread

I forgot to share this and didn't realize was actually posted here before I bid on it. There were two unique JEC keyboards that sold, an older style board likely with SKCC and this newer style. Although the older one was way cool it went for a lot of money and this was the one I wanted most. This b...

Total of 41 kilos hahaha That's a lot of drugs  kilos.png Also do you know what switches your Sord keyboard has? If that's the case, I'm a drug dealer then hahaha. The package is also 70cm × 60cm × 47cm, the biggest one I've gotten yet. This hobby is like a drug in a way, so you're not wrong. ...

Any idea what the switch the Hitachi keyboard has? A quick research shows that it's the keyboard for the H68/TR / HMCS 6800 Microcomputer, but I can't find any info besides yahu oku listings.

Also, my set of keyboards and computers are shipping, arriving in 4 days. Total of 41 kilos hahaha

Re: Yahoo! Japan Auctions Thread

Not sure. X1 Turbo is presumably older than the X1 Turbo Z so I suppose the probability of having SKCL Greens is higher. Though I always assumed all of the X1 series boards had Greens since they're older than the X68000. I've gotten a red X1 Turbo with the keyboard for 6250, hopefully the computer ...

Yes, banks here often threw all of the old computers to the street. "Banco Provincia" was the bank that threw this keyboard among other IBM stuff to the street.
