I looked now and the message is stuck in my "Outbox". What does that mean?

Paypal is a great company and easy to deal with....if you call them on the phone and speak with them and work together through issues.

He never took payments so no refunds needed.

Bummer, was looking forward to mine. I'd pay a bit more if that would help push things along....I'm sure others would as well.
