Re: Recreating the Lisp keyboard (10 years later)

Damn, if I didn't just make a pretty big keyboard purchase/trade, I'd be all over this

Definitely intend to jump on this in the somewhat near future

Re: IDENTIFY THE KEYBOARD thread

The red dot reminds me of a Ti99/4a, but mine is WoB and uses stackpole switches Those did come from an ti99/4a, although they look like they are the General Instruments SKCC kind and not the ALPS SKCC kind. here is mine for comparison Thanks! It looks like there were beige ones that fit the color ...

Re: IDENTIFY THE KEYBOARD thread

Not a keyboard, but can anyone help me identify which keyboard these keycaps came from? They seem to fit SKCC Greens and SKCC Creams perfectly (not tall Creams; though you could force it on there and it'll be snug, but secure)

https://buyee.jp/item/yahoo/auction/w427316974?conversionType=item_browsing_history Pretty rare IBM JX keyboard. It should have green alps. Unfortunately, the keyboard is sold with the entire computer system. I imagine the shipping from Japan will be crazy expensive, unless you can just ask for them...

Re: [IC] DCS Alps Pingmaster (7/28 Update! Completely Revamped kits! Again!)

Updated the kits back into one base kit that includes both alphas and modifiers as we decided to combine both text and icon mods from the Japanese and Chinese variants of the Pingmaster We think this is more faithful to the name, and honestly should have been this way from the beginning. And we unde...

Deskthority wiki has the accompanying keycaps within the respective wiki pages of each switch family (Alps SKCC, Alps SKCL/SKCM, Cherry MX, Micro Switch SW, Beamspring, etc...) I've actually been perusing through a bunch of those pages to see which keycaps are compatible with Alps SKCC switches. The...

Based on feedback, we separated the Alphas from the modifiers to give people a choice between Icon and Katakana mods

Also, we unfortunately had to remove the BAE =/

Would this set work on a dell AT101W ? I believe people actually use some combination of Costar and Matias stabilizer sets The only real hurdle would be the wire for the 2.75u right shift key. [IC] DCS Alps Pingmaster (7/28 Update! Completely Revamped kits! Again!)

Important Update (7/28): So after a bit of deliberation, we have decided to really make the set as faithful as possible to the Pingmaster, taking inspiration from both the Chinese and Japanese variants. This means that we have combined the text and icon modifiers into one base kit, but we think the...

Re: Great/Interesting Finds

I've seen this happen several times with different keyboards. My unproven conspiratorial hunch has been that certain sellers are bidding up their own merch. That actually makes a lot of sense. He (or she...women can be extortionists too!) probably had the last bid of $315 hoping someone would beat it
