Two more questions: does the mounting plate for the switches affect the sound that much, and does the overall weight of the keyboard affect the sound?

Thank you for the reply! I have mostly had people say "$150 is impossible, give up". If i have to go over a bit, then that is fine, but at least people could give me some direction where to look for cheap parts that are still quality. I appreciate your feedback.
