Mine came in today. Nice and clean - well, as clean as a used keyboard ever is - and no need to new foam, since this one was a late production version with neoprene. I'll post pictures tomorrow sometime, most likely.

The rubber sleeve came off the 1 key - and it's actually a really pleasantly smooth and light linear.. The only problem is that the sleeve keeps the key from wobbling.
