Re: Thoughts on SMK 2nd gen switches?
Using them right now! They're nice, but I've yet to try SKCM Alps.

Re: Glove80: split ergonomic keyboard on Kickstarter
I really wish creators of all those ergonomic keyboards thought about languages that have more letters than English. I mostly type in English these days but I still use Russian occasionally, and any keyboard that does not have keys to the right of P (namely, '[' and ']') available without modifiers...

Will there be a 3.0? I'm currently not trying to spend money, but I'd love to get my hands on some Space Invaders when I can

I like the sound quite a lot, shame they're so expensive.

Re: Post your keyboard/keycaps!
For me, it's mostly hair that ends up in my keyboard since it's getting quite long and I also have a cat. Annoying to get out from under the keys especially.

Re: Great/Interesting Finds
Interesting Sharp keyboard from Japan with green alps and what looks to be black double shot keys: https://www.ebay.com/itm/X68000-keyboard-DSETK0016CE02-Sharp-ALPS-green-axis-operation-unconfirmed-/284631933760 Too expensive for me but thought I’d share. Love the looks. Unfortunately too expensive...

Re: Best Clicky Switches You've Tried
You'd love the new Clickiez if you like 'em very tactile. For me it's beamsprings. The Zeal Clickiez? Thanks! I am reading up on them now and they look interesting. :D I have a switch tester for the Beamspring, Model F BS, and Model M BS and the beamspring is coming out the clear winner so far. Alt...

Re: Mechanical Mice equivalent?
I guess they want an "enthusiast" mouse, something higher level than standard gaming mice.

I used to think this was the case, but sometimes he posts links to some (potentially malicious) websites, so I have no idea. Maybe he wants to spread it that way?

The pizza button feature should definitely make a comeback.hellothere wrote: ↑03 Nov 2021, 19:05While this is probably membrane junk, you have to love a keyboard with a Pizza button. And it's 1.25U.

Re: Recommended lubricant for rubberdomes?
I always use GT85 thin PTFE spray lube for topre and rubber domes. I imagine wd40 with PTFE is pretty much the same thing. I really think most of the krytox and mechlubes to be overpriced for what they are Krytox is indeed pretty expensive. Aliexpress lube works fine from my experience if you don't...

Re: Anyone recognise these keyboards?
Update: Seller said they want 15€ per keyboard, so I'll get the Digital and Zbrojovka Brno and also try some of the others they have in-person and see if they have anything else I like

Re: Anyone recognise these keyboards?
The RT-102 is made by NMB and is NMB Dome With Slider. The Sagitta is made by Chicony and is a rubber Dome board. Cool, I want to try a keyboard with dome with slider switches. Any idea how much I should offer for it (no price listed)? The seller also told me they have some other boards: Auva KB210...

Re: Anyone recognise these keyboards?
Welcome to the forum! A lot can be found out just by running a search for the FCC ID. For instance, Googling GOGAPC-21 shows it to have Tai-Hao semi-mechanical switches (which have been reviewed most unfavourably!) However, the keycaps are likely alps-mount doubleshots, so perhaps worth picking up ...

Re: Anyone recognise these keyboards?
No idea for the first three, the last one should be Zbrojovka Brno 262.9 keyboard with Hall Effect switches made by Tesla, AT protocol iirc, smooth linear keyfeel. Intend to believe its the most valuable one of all. The last one seen on ebay should be $200? Very likely the case here as I'm from Slo...

Anyone recognise these keyboards?
Hey everyone! I've been trying to find some nice vintage keyboards, which is a bit hard where I live (we were socialist until 1989, so we didn't have access to western products). I managed to find these for sale, does anyone recognize any of them (and what switches they could have)? The seller is lo...
