Well I didn't get the numbers from the charities themselves, I got them from charitynavigator.org which is a rating website...I dunno how accurate they are of course.

Those are very low salaries for those kind of positions. About what I'd expect. They're charity organizations. The pay is excessive imo. Have you ever heard of a CEO making less than 1m?
