It's likely to be another RAFI RS 76M board, since those caps look to be the same as the NCR Decision Mate V.

I've tried both.

What works: sctrace compiled for Teensy++ 2.0
What doesn't: scla under Wine - complains about issues with DLL's even when they are present.
