Too bad KeyboardLover is banned from this site. Or it would have been fun. KeyboardLover was not banned. KeyboardLover ASKED to have his account removed/locked, which I did. He later asked me to unlock it again, which I did not. lol nice. But either way it doesn't change my feeling toward deskthori...

It's kind of a mental filter u get to develop when u spend enough time in geekhack... some chose to go all out on him, and those who did...

Double Shot Blacklit Dream Comes True?

Hopefully not a repo. Apparently Fujitsu's LIFEBOOK SH771 uses double shot keys for their back lit keyboard. http://www.houseofjapan.com/electronics/fujitsu-introduces-lifebook-sh771 Something that only jap would think of doing and charging their products with extreme prices that barely anyone would...

No offense, but out of that huge picture above, only the bar chart is meaningful and quick to look at. There isn't much point to the map if only few listed countries. Just because you can, doesn't mean it is an effective way to present things.

Again, that bar chart is nice.

I just got the Ducky-9008 PBT, and despite all the bad press Ducky got on the 'Hack, it's a pretty nice 'board. The only real disappointment is that the caps are pad-printed I believe the bad press regarding ducky boards are mainly from the 1000 series, which are the entry level board with cheapene...

Just curious, what is wrong with not having the steal mounting plate? Mounting straight onto the PCB is supposed to give a nice non-metallic typing feel comparing to the stiff metal plate. Beside, not having the mounting plate does not make the keyboard less durable. A pro to a lot of keyboard geeks...

It is a hard question. In the professional field that need a lot of typing done , physical keyboard is certainly hard to replace. In the general consumer space, however, touch keyboard may pack in enough gimmicks to have this cool factor that people would be willing to overlook the downside of not h...

The DeathAdder is a solid mouse that should last you a number of years. It's one of the few mice designs they've kept around for a number of years, I believe it was introduced in 2006. There is nothing forcing you to buy a DeathAdder Black Edition with the rubberised side grip. DA's shape, if you l...
