Luck is what you need. Last year I found a small ad for a "Cherry number pad" and as there was no photo, I asked which colour it was and if the label said "G84-4700" or "G80-3700". Aussie, I think as photekq said above, I'd guess the value of that board to be $200-275. You say the overall condition is mint+, and it looks it, with the exception of the that 3/Pg Dn...which honestly is bizarre.. most likely a misprint or factory mistake.
