I did not find any other indications of a date of manufacture, and I think seebart is right; in electronics year/weeknumber datecodes are very common as I suppose that year/month codes would often not be finegrained enough..

And while I'm at it, here some picts of the TD015 I encountered in the same week !
The switches and keycaps are the same as the TP110, so no pictures of those...

As suggested earlier, here some picts of the TP110 I recently acquired, probably from the same seller as where y11971alex got his: also pretty dirty due to ages of humid storage. The switches need cleaning and lubing, but they are certainly not a disappointment.. The picts speak pretty much for them...

I really hope the large electrolytics will be ok enough, since there are quite a few of them ! hmm, good suggestion of the variac, I do have one in storage somewhere. Would that still make sense after already having switched it ...

I'm impressed by your converters ! And they make me wonder why there is no lively trade in Alps-switches-to-CherryMX-caps-converters, given the greatness of Alps switches and the availability of all kinds of great Cherry keycaps..
