Is this an issue Zealios are known for generally? I remember when they were all the rage when they first came out, but they faded from coverage before anyone had much time to put some mileage on them.

77 x well-used 65g tactile non-clicky (purple) Zealios switches. I bought these from KDBfans in 2019. Used on a self-soldered keyboard for about a year and then switches started failing - double key presses for a while then missed presses and then stopped working ...

I never liked those thumb trackballs. I have a Logitech marble mouse which I really like; but then I've never tried one of the fancy expensive trackballs. I also keep a mouse + pad next to the computer for gaming - could never get used to a trackball for many games.
