I bought weeks ago at christmas for myself in an online-buy-rage some WASD keycaps - back then i haven't heard of Round 5. The weight and thickness of the plastic itself is almost the same like the Filco ones, but the printing quality is that bad, that i didn't put (almost) any of these caps on my ...

Very nice project, thanks for sharing. Do you prefer to use either one of your HHKB's ? Any difference in tactile or auditory feedback?

Thanks for the review. I notice Mac OSX symbols on the front of Win/Alt keys; is that standard or did you have to select a specific model to get that?

That's the thing, the customization is great and exactly what I need. Virtually every key would be customized in my case, in order to reflect its usage for typing in the Arabic alphabet.

Maybe you can share a picture of your keycaps?

Questions regarding custom keycaps from WASD

Does anyone have experience with custom keycaps from WASD? I am not talking about their online editor, but the option where you send in your own design, detailed here: http://support.wasdkeyboards.com/customer/portal/articles/1386697-how-to-add-custom-text-and-art-to-designs I am in particular inter...

How should i describe it, Belfong. I guess you can say that Filco is built to be stomped on, while WASD is built for everyday use. The WASD has better keycaps tho, they are lasered i believe, while filco is pad-printed. I actually have a Filco and I am considering ordering a set of custom keycaps f...

Can you say anything about how long it took for them to wear out? thanks!

The existing Filco TKL is one of the best available, so if you do not already have one and you are in the market for one, I would say go ahead. Another contender is CM with their QFR and QFS TKLs, which are available with Cherry mx green switches. The CM board feels even more solid than the Filco, ...

Is Filco coming with an updated TKL soon?

Hi there, I have been lurking for a while. Now I am determined to get a white TKL Filco, with Blue swiches. Is it a good time to buy one, or is there an update expected? I would especially be happy to wait for a detachable keycord and perhaps a usb port or two would be nice. Any educated guess (or i...
