Just checked in for the first time in...longer than I care to admit. #0082 Pant, pant, drool, pace, pace, drool, refresh.

Good thing I've ordered a few more keyboards since this GB closed; the original three have been decked out in Granite sets in the interim!

Dammit! Now I want a "DEL RAND" key. What would be the Icon equivalent?

Yep, this is why my board will be wearing icons. ::cackles maniacally::
I'm also fluent in IKEA instructions.

I don't know why but I was explicitly asked to make it 2 words (7bit I seem to recall). now it's one word.

people, make up your mind :P

Forgive me if this sounds daft, but regarding "BACK SPACE" vs "BACKSPACE" I went on a quick jaunt through the wiki, which turns up the following:

Both the SGI Granite

Well I totally screwed up and failed to check-out the 2 Icon Pro & 1 Text Pro sets that were in my cart. The best part is, I was going to buy each of them for one key apiece: the 1u Back Space.

If anyone has any that they'd part with, I'd even entertain a several-to-1 swap for most of my Nerdom and ...

As I could read, we have vardhana and fifted in addition to me, Muirium, zulios and kbdfr. If I'm the only one who wants more than one kit, probably not, we are at minimum eight orders now. With a very little effort we can reach the ten required.

In for a penny, in for a Euro. You may certainly ...

Woohoo! I'm down for two Icon Mods (now $36) and a Nerdom (among others).

With that, I'd like to reiterate my support for a 1U "42" key in the Nerdom set!

+1 to 42! (43?)

Which form would be more befitting Nerdom: 7-segment LED, or some interpretation of Nixie? (Humbly acknowledges his own abject lack of graphic design skills.)

These internal dampers (I-rings?)...

Might I proffer the tongue-in-cheek term "I-pads"? (Hyphenation & capitalization matter, naturally!)

I too am intrigued by the prospects for this mod, having now spend 3x as much on Round 5 keycaps as on the boards they're meant to dress out. However, I'm ...

Sorry, just uploaded the current */CURSORS version.

They contain all keys except the duplicate row 4 left right arrows (which are the same as row 2 right left) and with the extra row 2 UP.

HONEY/FUNCTION7 will be all row 3. I'm still not 100% finished with the function keys. HONEY/FUNCTION/R1 will be row 1, as the name suggests, HONEY/FUNCTION will contain a mix from other function kits.

The way to talk 7bit into making a kit for you is to say you'll buy more keys if he does it your way, not less. But I'm sure he'll appreciate your new approach!

Fair enough! In that case, throw an R2 "^" and "Up" into the HONEY/CURSORS* sets and I'll buy 1 in grey and 1 in black. I calculate that ...

I'll use my first post to be contrarian! (and then suggest a workaround)

When using the cursor keys (inverted-T) I tend to rest the middle 3 fingers on the base of the T, and extend my middle finger to the up-arrow. Consequently my preferred layout would be: ^ R2 | < R4 | v R4 | > R4

So, unless ...
