as the title says, I got a IBM Model M with a Waterdamage. My friend said, he has forgotten to close his window and so it rains on this Model M. I think this could be possible because the lower row is fine (y,x,c,v,b,n,m etc.) But keys like "6" are typing "j6zh" - "z" is gives "j6zh ...
