What's the process for getting missing keys?

Where did we land on shipping? I'm curious if the shipping will cost more than the board itself.

Hey 7bit! I recently tried to add a HHKB pack to my (already paid for) order. Now it says I have $18.56 due, and the mail says to pay to "nobody"?
