Just wanted to say "Thanks" to all of the people responsible for this remarkable project, esp. Dox, Bpiphany and IC07. I don't know if you guys are getting anything from Massdrop, but if you have a donation method, let us know. I'm sure there are many of us who would like to make sure you are reward...

Anyone tried the Aten USB-to-bluetooth KM CS533?

litster: fantastic work! I've been wondering about the mounting plate layer: as far as I can tell, this isn't strictly necessary because the mx switches are forced into the correct position by the pcb. I'd actually be inclined to not use a mounting plate layer if I could get away with it. I guess th...

+1 for 3M Ergonomic mouse.

More recently I have been using a Zalman FPSGun. Also good, with a scroll wheel. Buttons under fingers instead of thumb-activated. But also much cheaper than the 3M.

If I had to use a non-vertical mouse I would probably have to stop using computers due to wrist pain.

I have used the 3m ergonomic mouse (buttons are thumb-based) and more recently the Zalman FPSGun (because it has a scroll wheel). The trigger button on the FPSGun are very different to normal mouse buttons. I can very highly recommend both mice . The vertical hand position helps me a lot with wrist ...

Great job on the pcb design!!

DV, could you please add me to the list? Thanks. Definitely in for the PCB (1 pair) and we'll see about cases when the prices are known for sure.

Count me in... 1 pair of PCBs and matching white plastic cases would be fantastic...
From reading this thread the PCBs would be ~$20 each, and the cases are about $50 each?
The fun of putting it all together... priceless!
