7bit, I've just been reviewing my order and I don't think I ever had an answer to this question. I'd also like three sets of white on black keys to enable CAPS LOCK and CTRL to be swapped. Is it possible to order the above keys individually, or are they only available as part of a kit? The symbols ...

The problem is that I already own three sets of Cherry double shot keycaps. However, for some weird reason known only to Cherry, the three Windows keys are not double shot, and I don't like Windows keys anyway. I therefore need three sets of SUPER/META keys to complete my existing sets. However, I ...

I very much doubt that it will have a square label. From the year of manufacture and the drainage holes on the underside I'd say It's almost certainly a blue label and therefore not particularly rare. However, NIB examples are becoming increasingly difficult to find so I'd be tempted to keep it in a...

Yes, buy the spring and the switch top, switch bottom, and the stem come for free, at the same price as a regular switch. :-) Yeah, I guess there's always that option. But joking aside, I think they're just too expensive. I might buy a few of each just to see what they feel like, but $0.60 per swit...

Is is possible to buy just the springs for the red switches (obviously at a much lower cost)? I've got a few MX black boards coming my way and it would be nice to be able to convert one or two of them to "ghetto" red.

Why not just swap CAPS LOCK and CTRL around? It's a very common mod in the Linux/Unix world. If you're using Gnome you don't even need to mess around with creating a custom keymap because there's already an option to swap those keys built in to the keyboard preferences app.

Here's a picture of the UK version of the 6gv2. For some bizarre reason known only to Steelseries, they've swapped the #~ key with the less often used `¬| key. 7bit, regarding the 6gv2, there might be keys to be added in the FR kits as well. As shown on the photo below, its layout is unusual even for FR freaks : http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5014/5496098833_2c44ca92c9.jpg Is there something you can do about it ? I think a display would be overkill and would add to the cost. However, it would be useful to have the facility to pre-program a number of different keymaps into the device in advance, and then have some dip switches on the board itself to switch between them.
