Well, I'm starting to get confused with the names of the 3278 variants now. :geek:

But it's a nice keyboard anyway, glws.
Well this isn’t a 3278 :D

Looks really good, but why do you have every single switch stem in upside down?
I found it much more ergonomic with this board, as there isn't much of a wrist rest like a 3278 or 5281

IBM 3101 Restoration and Cerakote

I've had this IBM 3101 for a couple of years now, got it on eBay for under $200 back then, and always planned on restoring it. I figured lockdown would be the perfect opportunity to finally get around to it! A view of the keyboard assembly with the case removed. Heavy corrosion. https://i.imgur.com/...

Re: IBM 3277 find (mini beamspring)

Congrats on the find! that's a really rare beamer you have there. I believe that is the data entry version with the integrated Numpad, and what's really cool is the keycaps for the Numpad are triple shots I believe! (Well, they are triple shots on my Microswitch version of the same board) Let me kno...

I’ve got one of those SSK barrel frames, new from Unicomp, which I could let go. If you’re in this part of the world instead of theirs.
That would be really kind of you! You're in Scotland too right?
