This switch is already documented, actually. It's SKFF Double Action. HaaTa covered a later variant in this thread.
I don't think that's correct. This switch uses a C contact plate; SKFF's is completely different.

Most interesting, thanks for the write-up! Perhaps a model name starting with SKC and ending with a letter between C and L?

Re: Waters Data Terminal with SE-JIN Keyboard

We used to have a Waters ESI-MS system. Not as old as this keyboard, but still interesting to see.

The switches are third-party; Futaba MA. Sejin Electron are well-known for their association with Futaba.

Honestly for compatibility sake, I think that ProWorld switches are very close to Ambers but they are MX mount instead.

Therefore, I think that they are top tier/god clicky switch.
I still require proof of this statement :D .

Re: Where is your god of clicks now?! :D

Not to sound snazzy but: is it just me or do these Ambers sound particularly scratchy/chalky? No, they're super smooth; NOS even! Here's my version :) yours has more wood, whoever made it did a good job. Hope you're enjoying it, Thomas! I assume it is converted to USB? Very nice! :D Yours even has ...

Re: IDENTIFY THE KEYBOARD thread

Hello, please help with identify: https://www.flickr.com/photos/184456093@N05/ The FCC ID reveals it's an NTC KB-5060C, which is a model I'm not familiar with. The switches are Omron B3G-S, however it's difficult to tell the colour of the slider. On the picture it looks salmon-coloured, but this va...

AT&T 56k review (AT&T buckling springs)

Today we look at a battleship offering from AT&T. The design has many small differences from IBM's, enough so that it's difficult to know who truly made it. Hope you enjoy the video! :)

It's interesting, lots of people have asked me to review this keyboard. I don't suppose I'd like this as much as he seems to, but it's clear he's given it some thought. Very interesting to see someone else's perspective on these things xD .

Wow, this had me baffled for a long time, I never even considered it was built into the keyboard and not something weird with my windows install No, it was quite on purpose; they thought they were doing us a favor! Printed on the board is the VTECH logo. I have not looked into this company at all at this point. They're still around: Wikipedia article , company website . I would actually LOVE to make it look a little more nature, add the dust, cable clutter, yesterday's biscotti crumbs all over the desk, etc. That being said, this render took about 9 hours. I do plan to add a little more in ways of natural additions, such as some succulent pla...
