I believe the Ultra 60 still came with the Type 5 (that's what I have anyway). The U60 will not recognize a USB keyboard at the OBP.

AFAIR the Type 5 only ever came with Sun's own interface, 1200bps serial with inverted levels over an 8-pin mini-DIN connector. USB appeared starting with the Type 6.

I have few Dell AT102W's at work that have mostly been lying in storage for 5+ years. They all had the cables wrapped around them. I got them all out recently to try and start getting rid of them (giving away or selling), but found some were in pretty bad shape:

Thanks for the suggestions. The Ducky that Bender16 is selling doesn't seem like great value considering I would need to replace the keycaps - I can touch type most of the time, but there's always the odd awkward password or other situation where I might need to look at the keys.

This keyboard was actually purchased in 1991. The back of the PCB says 1990 and "Mode No" [sic] MCK 101 SX-B. Hope this helps.

I have a Compaq G80-11801 LPAGB/12 which is like the G80-11800 with dual PS/2, no winkeys and UK ISO layout. In good condition, light use with some yellowing around trackball.

Are these worth much, even as a donor for switches?

Woo Ireland! I'm Irish too and type on both UK-ISO and US-ANSI. If you want something a bit cheaper you should get an original Cherry board. Their quality is good, but they don't have metal backplates so they're less "solid". I don't know about specific models but maybe someone else can help you ...
