I wouldn't call myself a G400 user, my G400 doesn't get a lot of use and, sadly, mine has the old sensor with prediction. On the bright side; the prediction isn't really an issue and it's a fairly cheap mouse so I'll just pick up another one sometime later. well it depends on the individual how one...

so many logitech g400 users here - maybe i'll give it another shot since the first one i got when it was released was a batch one/prediction infested model which annoyed the hell out of me, even though i liked the mx510 shape back in the day. ontopic: benq xl2420t straight (0.5m) in front of cm sto...

Just moved my desk out of the corner with the slanted roof, much better now, so it's a good time to be posting some pics. _DSC6588 copy.jpg How I like my KB/mouse space, the trackball isn't for gaming or anything so I use my left hand for that. Before I moved my desk I couldn't really fit a deskmat ...

The Keyboard Company has tenkeyless Filcos with ANSI. For slightly above 120 EUR before shipping.
Edit: Removed the part about MX Browns, not sure if they have with browns actually.
Edit 2: They do have browns: http://www.keyboardco.com/keyboard_deta ... RODUCT=834

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying you're misleading people or anything, I just wanted to clarify a bit in case someone read this and thought "welp, I play FPS games, guess I shouldn't get a laser mouse" when lots of FPS players would do just fine with one. I've been using all kinds of mice at 1.3-2...

Ah, yes, I have read that optical sensors are better at handling tracking at higher speeds, but going as far as recommending that people don't buy laser for FPS is a bit over the top as you're playing on very low sens. I'd recommend optical for low sensitivity players looking to play precision games...

Nah, I've used plenty of laser mice at different levels of sensitivity for gaming, I can't say I've had any skipping issues, I had some jitter issues with my Naos 5000 but that was fixed by simply adjusting LOD in the driver. I've played various precision FPS games over the years with a variety of m...
In Dota 2 there is nothing to work towards except personal performance, which is nice for those who want to play hardcore, but has little appeal for those who want a game they can just sit down, play a game and have some fun with. Perhaps you meant to write that the other way around. I find that to...
one thing I dislike about lol is an unfair advantage for people who pay/play more. It feels like you're forced to grind just to be competitive. Although I'm probably biased as I'm a long time dota player(8 years now but I'm still garbage haha). Playing with a friend is a must these days, the odds o...

Definitely don't think Japanese omron switches are superior to the Chinese ones. If you ever popped them open you'll find they're identical on the inside, it's not like they're made of a different material or have an improved design. They all fail one way or the other when the metal contact inside ...
I started playing DotA something like 6 years ago. Eventually moved to HoN, and now I play DotA2 but not that actively. Usually with at least one friend. It's a damn good game with a damn horrible community, so the ideal situation is having a full team of 5 people who you know won't cry/whine/flame...

I've never encountered this problems with my IMO 1.1 so I understand yours could be a faulty one. As a PC gamer I see no real benefit to this, although it would be nice to have in some RPG games. Except the games that would support this kind of keyboard already support an Xbox controller and will in most cases play better with it. In any game that is equally or better played with mouse and keybo...

I'm suprised by the numbers of bike accidents on here. Well, ok, I grew up in a village with 1500 people. All speed limit on 30km/h. It's hard to get hit by a car under those circumstances. So, to those who had accidents: Where did it happen? Do you have designated bike ways in your cities? What's ...

Depends, if you're just writing a bunch of numbers all you need is a numpad and the tab key and I'd imagine that's just as quick. If you're writing both letters and numbers then obviously learning the top row would be quicker. I am having a bit of trouble learning the top row though, for me the nump...
