Re: [WTS] [CA] NISSHO KB106DE

Okay, asymptotically closer now. The most expensive keyboard I’ve ever bought was under half that much, and I swore a compact with the !deity not to exceed that ever again, or else . Ebay? They have that in Canada, right? The last nisshos to have sold on /r/ mechmarket were $960, $945 and most rece...

Re: [WTS] [CA] NISSHO KB106DE

Thanks for the input. I didn't realize these were popping up as much. Most of my interest was formed years ago when they were unobtanium. I looked around more and noticed one sold for $600 yesterday on mechmarket, go figure. It seemed to be in worse shape though. I guess that's the new offer benchma...

[WTS] [CA] NISSHO KB106DE

Hello, I'm trimming down my collection so up for sale is my KB106DE. This board was my daily for a while before spending the majority of the past few years in storage. Apart for some dust and slight uv yellowing it's in fairly good shape. There is some minor wear where you'd rest your left palm but ...

Re: Price Check: How much is my _____ worth?

This one rings a bell. I could reprise and tell you Someone should pay a princely sum for it because I like this comely beast. Then Photekq could come on, for a well deserved round of applause, to correct me in a delightful sotto voce. :D Edit: looks like I misremembered. This one is worth a bit. Y...

What’s the going price for a Salmon Alps switch (tested and working)? What’s the going price for an Alps lock switch (tested and working)? Thanks I'd say $0.30 for the salmon alps and $3-4 for the lock switch? Depends on the condition of the switches, though. It seems like you're parting out a AEK.

Ooh all those greens.
Seeing alps yellows makes me remember how I lost a bid for 1200 new old stock ones for $20. It will haunt me for the rest of my life.

I've got a 55g set for my Noppoo EC108 on the way. I'm embarrassed to say that one of my daily drivers these days is a 55g RC930 with lubricated sliders and double shot PBT caps (the same ones that come on my Hall effect boards). It works great! Hmm. Do the domes feel cheap like others mentioned? H...

The legendary 300 euro keycaps! In all fairness, those caps are pretty interesting specimens. It's too bad that the sublegends are lasered though. Absolutely! I can completely understand the price. This would actually be great to refresh the tired old domes on my Nissho. I'll wait around to see if anyone else has done it, however, since I'd not be too keen on cutting every individual dome either.

I've had the same problem with my FK-2001 when using a blue cube adaptor as well. I'd press caps lock and the keyboard would die. Plugging it into a ps/2 port fixed the problem, so there's that. I think it's just a quirk that all FK-2001s have, and it's not that yours is broken.
