OK well I finally got into bootloader mode by shorting the PROG pins. I had to find a pair of sharp tweezers to do this as the manual suggested. I also had to use a usb-c cable directly to my mac, not the usb-c to usb-a cable I typically use to plug the keyboard into the hub in my monitor. Even with ...
