Re: F104+SSK+122+62+77+50+Ergo orders now open! New Kishsaver+Industrial Model F Keyboards

I have just approved production and assembly of the F122 inner assembly, so now the F122 can proceed to completion. Below are the first photos of the approved F122 keyboard! The F122 was a trickier PCB design. Once again a big thanks to forum member wcass (the designer of the PCBs for the capacitiv...

Here are some photos of the uncoated aluminum beam case prototypes from the new tooling. They are made from a flat piece of aluminum cut and folded/bent into shape. Re: Post your keyboard/keycaps!

Don't have a picture yet, but couldn't wait to post that I finally have a Model M (IBM Enhanced Keyboard). It's a second gen, white oval label (1391401) in US ANSI, with a removable PS/2 cable, manufactured on 26 Sep 1988 in the USA. The vertical keys use stabilizer bars though, like on the first gen.

Summer Sale - Many keyboards - UK/EU

Hello everyone, It's been a while. A growing family and sadly non-growing living space necessitate another big sale. But my loss is your gain! These are the first batch I've photographed - there'll be maybe 20 or so more later this week or next. I've been out of the loop for a bit but I think these ...

Mmkay, I borrowed an USB wattmeter from mah neighbor and measured actual power consumption as a service to community. 5.1V, 30 mA - not even close to requested 200mA (however, if solenoid board is connected, all bets are off. I don't have solenoid board on hand to check). Then I powered it by mah pr...

Yes, the letter at the beginning of an IBM Model M serial number does mean something special. The letter indicates the plant where the keyboard was manufactured. $1260+shipping for 300 NOS SKCM Blue switches, fair or not? That’s a good question. Not really exactly the answer you're looking for, but just an idea: The Pico has 26 GPIOs available, but RP2040 has more, so if you're gonna build SMD-assembled PCB and not use the pico, then you don't need an expander. Dunno Tinker’s stuff. Strange he doesn’t address that perfectly standard ADB use case on his product page .
