I don't know if you cross-checked mine as well, but can you please check this (and confirm my delivery address by pm)?

Thanks

I will borrow the rework station from work and see how quickly I can solder the components. I should be able to mount the diodes, resistors and LEDs using a hot air rework tool pretty quickly.
That would be great! :)

Quick, and maybe silly, question: will it be possible to get the PCBs with the smd components already soldered? I'm really not comfortable with soldering things that small :/

I'd be interested if we have a proxy in Europe. I'd be also interested in the board only, so if someone wants to desolder the switches I'd buy the board. I'm only interested in the switches, but I don't trust my lousy de-solder skills enough to guarantee the board will be functional after I'm finis...

I wish my Pure Pro came with the nut instead of the "Win" key.
At least the spacebar has a squirrel instead of the "Enjoy your feeling" motto.

I'm liking it a lot! The weirdest key has to be the 1u right shift, but overall the usability is great. Tomorrow I'm gonna test it at work and see how much the Pn layer can help me.
As far as the caps go, I'm liking them so I won't be upgrading them anytime soon.

KBT Pure Pro

Hi all! After browsing the forum and reading a lot of reviews, I finally got my 1st mechanical keyboard :D I not much of a reviewer so instead I took some pictures of it, but it suffices to say that it's like never I have used before. It feels very solid and is a joy to type on it. Without further a...

Yes, it's the one on the 1st pic. I ended up ordering it since I like the Fn layer a lot more than the one on the Filco and the extra Pn layer is a nice bonus. To be honest, the only key which I might find hard to adapt is the right shift (again, the Pure has a better location than the Filco), but I...

That's the spirit! You can simulate having a 60% with any larger keyboard, while learning to use the same remapping tools you would rely on in earnest should you go for a Poker or the like. Wax on, wax off, my friend… After getting my Cherry MX sampler, now I know that I want something in Cherry re...

Thanks for the quick reply! Perhaps I wasn't clear enough, I see the programability as a way to use a keyboard without a dedicated F-row (like the Poker or HHKB). With a "regular" TKL, I have no need for it. But this week I'll give it a try with this magic tome, at least to check the impact on my st...

Oh mighty Oracle! You who are so wise in the ways of science and mechanical keyboards, help this poor disciple with his initiation on the glorious mechanical faith! I want a keyboard for everyday use (home & work), meaning I want something small (TKL or smaller) since I'll be carrying it everyday. I...

Yes, that's a misunderstanding. The shoe was never about size referencing but more of a "what kind of person are you". I had no idea! Always thought that it was a size reference (which didn't made much sense to me since not everyone has the same shoe size). Maybe the photography hobby is more expen...

The shoe thing was something I never quite understood. I'd rather use something else for size reference.

When seeking oracular enlightenment, be sure to bring enough information to the table. In other words: do your homework! Have a look at layouts in particular, to see what appeals to you. Also think about backlights (correct answer: no thanks) and where you want to use it. Every variable changes som...
