I'm considering to buy a Corsair Vengeance K95 from a local seller. I usually hate gaming keyboards but this one is pretty decent looking, even if it has 3 columns of stupid macros on the left... I reeally want to try out MX-Reds. How much is it worth? Conditions are nearly perfect

I found this. It is a Model M, am I right? Is there any possibility this couldn't be a buckling spring, or can I buy it pretty straight forward without overthinking about it? The price now is around 30€...

I asked the seller (if it's the same Italian acution I was following) and he is asking for 60€ w/o shipping. Too much for a messed pcb in my opinion... Still it has 2 sets of keycaps and the switches are fine

Are you sure, that it has doubleshots? There is a more common version with lasered keycaps. If it has doubleshot keycaps 30€ is a very good price for it. I'm interested, if you don't take it. Which layout does it have?

How much a Corsair Raptor K1 is worth?

I've found one, brand new, for 30€.

It has MX blacks (which I don't like, that's why i'm unsure about buying it) but it should have nice double shot keycaps. I'm interested because I think the price is very good... What do you think about it?

I'm afraid that will not be very usefull. You should find a way to clamp down the usb port to the pcb itself. Very hard :?

Yeah but it would be better if the connector had a shield like the ones on smartphones to keep the connector itself in place.

One of the reasons I bought the Pro Micro was micro usb, it's bad that I have to use a cable because the micro usb is not strong enough.

They're Mini-DIN 4 and Mini-DIN 5, look here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mini-DIN_connector

But I don't know how can you get it to work, I think it will be hard to find an adapter, and even if you find one it's even more hard that it's going to work.

I don't know where you read that but there's no problem with 64bit system and PS2. The only problem is with Windows 8 but that's not really a problem, in Windows 8 the PS2 ports are de-actived but you can re-activate them modifying the registry, it's pretty simple if you follow a guide. For the ...

Usually analog thumbsticks also act as a button when pressed down (I think only Xbox and Ps ones, not PSP ones that are anyway interesting for the different form factor). You should consider using that for something, if you could make it work that coul be a nice addon. Maybe to actuate a layer, but ...
