Well, KK won the popular vote at least, though they lost the electoral vote it seems. Lame.

DTA6 for DTA7 Ping if ripster wins gold? If ripster and the POK3R both win awards, yes. Absolutely. Yeah, r/mk attracts a lot of new users which is good, and its obvious ripster knows a ton/has excellent guides/etc, but going year by year I can't say he has done a whole lot worthy this year (or the...

I feel like it would be a pretty sizable coincidence if the actuation force was the same by chance, I'd like to think he designed them that way. I also like Matias quite a lot. I can't help but think that a lot of these people out looking for a great modern non-clicky tactile switch really just need...

Yeah, this will truly be a forever keyboard indeed, with a lot of thanks to how modular it really is. Out of all my keyboards I have very, very few I'd never consider selling, this will surely be one of them.

This is indeed the hardest vote of the lot. If life was fair, quite a few folks in this list would get their own golden wingnut.

But life ain't fair.

You'd have plenty of time to acquire the number needed for sure. Cindy seems to be able to scare up a dozen or so every month or 2 And, as I calculate it, these babies won't be in our hands until late-January-early-February (optimistic) or mid-late-February (realistic) anyway. I also have a few ext...

Yeah, Leopold and PFU were the obvious picks for me. Giving us any updated HHKB is always a huge deal, and Leopold doing the 1800 layout in (a very affordable) MX variant, AND a Topre variant. Yes.

I agree it is very hard to keep up with the artisan stuff, ideally each designer should post its own stuff... I'd say to give priority to more "official" stuff but don't close the doors to artisans. by all means if you want to start compiling a list of the missing sets, please proceed :) Will do, I...

By contrast, I like the board so much I ordered another one. For me, a board that can't take MX keycaps is practically useless because a board that can't take DSA or SA keycaps would just sit in its box unused (like my Topre Hi-Pro). My KBP V60 mini sits unused in its box until someone puts togethe...

Not really. Certain caps have merit, to be sure. One in particular converted me into an artisan appreciator, though I'll likely never be able to afford one! Might we know what that may be? If it something I have I'd be happy to pass it your way for all the hard work with this years DTAs. If its tha...

Awesome! Fortunately it has actually managed to remain quite relevant as it does a great job of documenting sets that aren't very easy to find info on these days. The only thing I can really think of off the top of my head is making a decision on if you even want to keep up with artisan stuff, or re...

Is there any way to get this back up to date? KeyPuller is definitely a great resource. Getting keycap sets up to date would be pretty easy I think, artisan caps are a totally different story. i wouldn't ever buy one of these, but I did have a prototype for a while. It actually had a mix of Topre and MX sliders. I need to go back and look at the pictures to see what stabs it had, but I'm quite sure they were different than the final product. I think the real winner with this board is just...

I've had a few 660C's. The first time I purged them was due to the fact there wasn't a DIP switch to allow for the CAPS/CTRL swap. The bottom case was also warped so it always rocked back and forth. My second and third 660C's also had the warped bottom case. It was an easy fix, but for the cost i fe...
