Motherfucker! I fucking missed it and I've been looking forward to this for the last couple of years
Compgeke told me they wouldn't be hosting one so I didn't think to check if anyone else would be doing it. Hopefully I catch it next year.
P.S. Thank you kmnov2017 for carrying the torch!

Checked that - Model F is too far away in terms of layout for my needs, but thanks for proposal. If anyone could reach Palatino by any means, I'd be grateful - boards send e-mail seems not to be functional anymore. Unfortunately, I can't help, but I wanted to let you (Mu) know that the latest version of VIA can be used online. https://usevia.app
Sorry, if someone has already mentioned this. I only read the first page.

If you are not opposed to opening the keyboard, taking pictures and measurements, I'd love to try and design a replacement case for it.

Before I forget again: There are conductive markers you can use to "draw" traces back on the PCB. Not sure about rubbing off, but this is possibly your best bet given the height constraints. Here's an example of such a marker from iFixit's US store: https://www.ifixit.com/products/circuitwriter-pen...

Re: Mice size and hand pain.
In your case the pain is almost definitely a sign of an uncomfortable mouse, considering that you mentioned that bigger mice make your hand sit at a weird angle. However, in my experience, pain with input peripherals can also be temporary and a sign of bad habits when you start doing things properly...

What does everyone think about an IBM Model M style case with beam spring switches? Is that preferable to the classic beam spring case design? Prefer either a modern style case or model M to a big hulking “classic” beamspring style case How about something like a 7 column by 5 row ortho? I.e.

I'd like a 122-key layout as well, but honestly, I'd buy whatever layout is available as long as I have the money for it when boards start shipping, as I'd like to buy at least one board, then I'll just buy switches to make my own board(s)

Here's the case I designed during the stream: https://i.imgur.com/481bwCJ.png In my opinion, as it is, it doesn't look good, but this is just an example after all. It can be tweaked and changed to be more appealing. I've designed just the left side, but I believe the model can easily be flipped to a...

Desculpe se isso é ruim, estou usando o Google Tradutor.
A menos que esse layout exija mais teclas do que o teclado, acho que você deve ficar bem apenas obtendo um novo conjunto de teclas e alterando o layout no sistema operacional.

Keep in mind that Alps clones and simplified Alps usually have one of the legs a piece of thinner metal than the other (in some cases it is bent in a v shape). Thank you! Re: Alps & Compatible Switches Pin Sizes
Hmm, if there usually won't be variation between the top and bottom of the pin, then 0.2 and 0.4/0.5 is too big of a variation, perhaps switches would have to be cleaned before used with the sockets. As for the width vs thickness - what you just measured seems to be the thickness. In this case, whe...
