Could anybody from Germany post how much of "Einfuhrumsatzsteuer & Zoll" they had to pay, so I can keep enough money next to the door when the package is sent.

Here in Germany stenography is mostly done by hand afaik. Every day there are 16 stenographers in the German Bundestag (parliament), and they can write up to 500 syllables per minute.
