Do you mean these purple switches? https://www.razer.com/razer-optical-switch They have roughly same tactility as MX blue, but are smoother feeling and much nicer to type with. Sound is unfortunately also very clicky MX like. Not quite the MX blue level ' ear rape without any lubrication ', but stil...

Still not gonna unlearn AltGr + 2 = @, AltGr +E = my currency, or any other AltGr combo from my muscle memory, simply because Unicomp is obsessed placing Right Windows key [ for me the second least used key after Scroll lock ) where AltGr should be. Nor am I gonna spend the roughly two billion Euros...

Good point clickclack. Everyone please let me know what you think about the 1.5U Backspace key color (pearl or pebble). I think we should switch to Pebble for that key going forward. TerminalJunkie there are already some descriptions of "diy keycap dye sublimation" out there. As noted a while back,...

Looks good, even if the stabilized caps seem to be sitting pretty high. The height difference in that picture is mostly camera angle thingy. They sit maybe 0,5 mm or so higher. Can't really see or feel the difference while I'm writing this. How was the fit of the switches in that plate? SMK switche...

Out of curiosity, will you be keeping track of production numbers including options, and if so, are there any plans to release those numbers? Ellipse posted these numbers in June. Re: Problem with IBM Model F AT - all LED lights light up, no key output
I have external Model F AT converter with female DIN5 connector. It had exactly same symptons (all lights on, no output) when it had wires accidentally touching each other. This was caused by that female connector's plastic cover being toot tight and squeezing the wires together inside it. I solved ...

You could also figure out the keyboard matrix with multimeter, make firmware for the matrix and then hook it up to a Teensy++ 2.0 (or any similar controller with enough I/O for full keyboard sized matrix) .

Interesting figures.
Nordic per capita over representation, as always and on everything.
Despite danes slacking seriously.
Swedish-finnish as most popular non-english option is rather insane.

Toshiba T3100e and a challenger Toshiba T-series computers were successful line of early ’mobile’ computers. They were kind of between ‘luggable computers’ and modern laptops. Keyboard conversions/mods I did while on a long sick leave.
In March, I was on a crosswalk on my way to work. Car hit me. This did not – technically- end my way to work, due to me being employed by the hospital that ambulance took me. It did however leave me with lot of free time, while my body recovered from that exchange with a car. Two months plus some we...
