No, I didn't really have any, why?
Apparently, the matrix is designed badly, and you can easily run into KRO issues with modifiers, at least more easily than in a regular model M. But I don't know of any problematic combos from the top of my head.

Depending on the condition it's either a good deal or a great deal. Only if it's completely rusted is that too much money for it. Of course, you could always try to haggle if you don't expect any competition.
