You can use a teensy and flash the tmk firmware to it. You would need to find the mappings somewhere or find out for yourself what they are. Apparently, the matrix is designed badly, and you can easily run into KRO issues with modifiers, at least more easily than in a regular model M. But I don't know of any problematic combos from the top of my head.

Depending on the condition it's either a good deal or a great deal. Only if it's completely rusted is that too much money for it. Of course, you could always try to haggle if you don't expect any competition.
