Re: What Cherry MX emulates Alps Amber?
Having both Alps Ambers and a lot of clicky MX switches the best match is ProWrold switches as they are just as tactile and feel about 95% the same due to how they operate.

The IBM 5576-001 uses a different pinout compared to an SDL connector and the connector is physically different as well. I also have been looking for this cable as well.

Lubing NMB Space Invaders
Hi All,
I finally decided to remake this as I have been asked over the last year about lubing Space Invaders. This should cover it better. Also if you still have questions you can always comment here.

Re: NKRO on old keyboards
@elecplus Most terminal terminal keyboards that are WYSE or rebanded are NKRO. Also some space invader boards are as well but they have to have the diodes in order for this to be applicable.

Re: Hmm, I've got a (not so?) crazy idea
I use to work on keyboards at my desk a lot and also needed to look up things on the googler as well. Then someone in the Canadian Discord messaged me about and Alps based keyboard that was used in a server rack that took up 1u. Also these were NOS which made the deal even better! Interested they se...

Speaking of purplish colour, I have a couple of NMB boards with space invaders and dye subs that were outside for an extended period. Some of the lettering has almost disappeared, and what is left is mostly a light purple. Some caps from an RT8875 included for comparison. I have some caps like this...

Re: Need help with converting Philips P2812
Glad that you got it working!Turns out that I had connected reset line this whole time, with TMK converter you can do that on micro pro. I disconnected it and now it works perfectly with Soarers. Thanks for help!
BTW which switches did yours come with?
