Re: IBM Model F AT Keyboard restoration and ISO layout mod
Yes I did use stabiliser barrels from a model M. The only major problem I had was the ISO enter was quite shakey and rattley. I later fixed this though.

Are IBM Model F122's really worth this much now???
Hello everyone so I was browsing eBay the other day and saw this listing for a not too great condition IBM Model F122. Are these keyboards really worth this much? Re: Blue ALPS stock lube question
OK so I am going to get on to restoring the keyboard this weekend. About the Isopropyl alcohol will this not discolour/ warp the ALPS switch housings?
How would I go about applying the Isopropy alcohol just submerge the switch housings and sliders?
Any help Thanks.

The sort of cleaning I'm talking is an in depth cleaning all keycaps off in soapy water. Plus case and barrel plate cleaned with soapy water too. Considering this what sort of price would you recommend?

Also johnny0731 yes the old stabiliser clips will interfere with keys after a foam replacement. I had this issue with my F AT after I r...

Re: IBM Model F AT Key Issues After Foam Change?
Maybe the stabiliser insert in not pressed in all the way. Meaning that the key cannot go down far enough to buckle the spring. double check that the insert is fully pressed in so it is flush with the key barrel
