I was doing some research on the IBM M since I'm wanting a custom hard-side carrying case for mine. I have about 20+ Ms, but I take one with me everywhere and after having some near accidents, I don't want to have to worry anymore. Anyways, I ran across the M simulator, which is quite fun when you ...

Actually : that might be a good filter for initiatives like this : To NOT PM the next one in the list, but to ask for the next address in this thread. If the next one is not following this thread, the interest in this item is low anyway. Next round I'll implement this.... :-) EDIT : Subscribing to t...

Indeed! I'm quite impressed by what's turned up in the surprise bag with 002's Realforce. It's great to just try this stuff. Can I late register for this? I'll be happy to join at the end of the list if you'll have me, of course. Hopefully at least one of those MXLOCKs is left by then! What's your ...

Edit: that does not actually work. But I made a cylinder and put it where I wanted the hole and than right clicked the surface and chose the "intersect with model" option this gets me edges on the right paces so that I can remove the necessary surfaces. Yes, that's how I finally ended up trying it....

Oops! But rapid prototyping is definitely the way to go. Are you happy with the way your MX mount attaches to the switch? I see them with little chamfers which seem to vary between different caps, but can't see the exact shape of yours. Are they difficult to pull off? The MX mounts are still under ...

I currently have my eye on this one: http://www.hetzner.de/en/hosting/produkte_rootserver/ex40ssd Any comments? It seems like a really good deal for what you get. SSD + really good bandwidth + 32GB RAM (WTF). I might equip it with FreeBSD as I have always done until now, or maybe I'll be more lazy ...

I host my domain-names at leaseweb. Very cheap, but support could be a problem. My main web server and two minecraft servers is at fxw.nl : I can certainly vouch for the quality of their problem solving department : just excellent, nice easy going people even taking the time to explain stuff to a se...

This looks like it's supposed to be an adapter for Model M keycaps on Cherry MX switches, although I would expect the stem to be much shorter for that, and slanted for most rows. I stll have no idea what kind of cap "Screen Shot 2013-08-10 at 1.57.33 PM" is meant for, or any of the other recent scr...
