You can see here that both keycap mounts were used, which makes me wonder if they're using up a load of old stock That might be the case Seimitsu LS-32 joystick was updated this year (2017) to Seimitsu LS-32 2017 or LS-300. Change was due to switching switches from Panasonic AM51662C5N (discontinue...

Nice work! My understanding is that those boards use Hall effect switches - is that right? Even if the board is 1 KRO it's very cool that you got an old Hall effect board working! Wait I thought that adapter is available for Honeywell Hall keyboards. I own second hand Honeywell BO1810 keyboard whic...

Futaba MA (MX variant) still in production for Korean arcade buttons
Recently I bought some Samducksa Crown SDB-201 Screw In Arcade Buttons that uses some kind of Futaba switches. 20171018_151741.jpg I thought that it uses a dedicated switch like Sanwa and Seimitsu, or uses Futaba mechanism inside dedicated mold (some Chinese arcade button knockoffs uses ALPS-clone s...

Apologies for jumping in late, but it is indeed a Polish keyboard. I once scanned an ad for it, in June of 1988, from a Polish computer magazine named… Komputer. It says “a professional capacitative keyboard compatible with XT and AT, with Polish diacritics [*] for microcomputers, minicomputers, an...

Hello, another question I found auction (price ~45 EUR) with keyboards PICKER EKT-101 MODEL 171932 / 174932 made in USA. Do anybody have any information about switch mechanism used in those keyboards ? I'm mostly interested in track ball, but some knowledge about the board would be nice. 155a0880478...

Oak foam and foil?? That's a new switch. If the price is not expensive, I must buy it. Hope you take more shots if you brought it. Thanks man. Why Oak? Today I received the keyboard in question. I can verify that the board uses detachable square foam and foil switches (only about 3 foils are not to...

Oak foam and foil?? That's a new switch. If the price is not expensive, I must buy it. Hope you take more shots if you brought it. Thanks man. I bought it for half price outside the auction (still delivery cost is equal to price of the board). I will try to get hold of some camera and shoot some pi...

Don't buy it. It's probably foam and foil. The pattern on the back of the PCB is almost a dead giveaway. I thought it might be a foam and foil (i own 2-3 boards with newer keytronic or btc foam and foil switches). Still I might buy it if the price drops by 50% just to see how older switch compare w...
