Mine is blue label, so your board is older. I put it in front of my daily use battle cruiser and they definitely sound and feel different. What I mean is that these "planck" IBM's are a whole different world.

Great find! Those keypads have a really distinctive feel. Maybe is not the same, but mine (that we talked about months ago) has a strong bottom feeling like short travel switches (for example the short travel futabas), accompanied by a TAP sound. Anyway, would be interesting see it working. Do you c...

Good to hear, hope to see some pictures when you have it.
Sure I'll do it! Good luck!

How much I would pay for this guy? The seller wants 23 U$D + shipping Do someone ever seen something like that? What something is worth is quite relative, no I've never seen that keyboard or that switch. That alone would make it worth to me but I'd try to talk the seller down a bit, offer $17 or $1...

I just looked at my clone black switch — it has no mould numbers at all. My clone white switch is marked "A-48" but the writing is in the opposite corner. Yours appears to have standard Futaba mould numbering, but I'd need to see a much sharper and better lit image to examine it fully. Futaba colou...

I found some weird variations on the internet, but no one has a black slider. I think this is just wrong.

Futaba used two keycap mounts: cross and bar. The bar mount has that notch in it. You can see bar mount ML here: http://www.epartshub.com/company/companyForm.do?method=getCompanySeries&cmpyCd=00001257&seriesCd=SR0002189 Yours both have correct mould numbers and appear to be real. I have what seem t...

I can't help but wonder HOW exactly it is be done. I *guess* that the driver does not instruct the keyboard itself to change the scan codes it sends, but rather would craft a TSR to be used on to the PC itself (loaded on AUTOEXEC.BAT). I'd like to see that software in action. It would had more sens...
