Grumpy chocolate has an average of 3.71 posts/day. :D Nice try  As my profile shows, I joined on 24 Mar 2011 and since then had 4758 posts, which amounts to 1.84 posts per day. They just feel like 3.7 posts a day (i.e. twice my real post count) because I mostly quote the post I'm answering. An...

Honestly I don't see the big deal with Topre. I tried it and didn't like it at all. Just felt like a soft rubber dome. They have the audacity to charge $100+ for these! Suckers. If someone can explain to me where all that money is going (besides spherical springs and rubber sheets), please do. I'd ...

Im pretty sure that is a real cyrillic layout (small backspace), correct me if im wrong :?: small backspace is a concequance of the big ass enter and ...

I have well-cleaned and lubed MX blacks from a worn G80-1800 (with replacement springs) in the board that I use at work. They feel great. You have to desolder to lube and replace springs right? (want some heavier springs in mine). If I had to desolder them, Id just swap them for box dark yellows, b...

Did you remember to sand the plate down uniformly before spraying? That was what made my plate restoration project most painful. Extra layers of paint can be really hard to do and can end up with an inconsistent finish. Don't worry about it. You won't see it under keycaps and stuff. Also, I wish I ...
