I think it's so cute that the bloke in the black shirt rejects the angry tradie's assertion that he is a fuckwit and also that when he goes to show old mate that he indicated he puts his WIPERS on haha...surprised that the tradie didn't mention that.

That video is top notch. That's my kind of swearing. I feel like Australians must be my long lost brothers...

That video strangely does not feature the Australian Smurf word "cunt".

For us Romanians swearing is a second language, and we have very complex foul language, very complex. Most of them have something to do with a mother+dead relatives+religion all together or separated. Most of the stuff is hard to translate due to the high complexity  We could fill a big book with all the stuff we use and still have some not covered.
While I was in Germany I have tried to translate to a coworker some, only then I have realized how disturbing some if them are !!!! It feels so natural to use them in Romanian, I think in some "evolved" countries you would get kicked out from your workplace for that.

Sounds like Romanian swearing is too evolved for the rest of us... :o

 a lot will be lost in the translation but here we go:
"Futu-ti mortii si ranitii mamei tale" - this would translate to something like " Fuck your mothers dead and injured relatives"

And this is a quite complex collection:

OK, give some nice, long, exotic examples. Time to add Romanian swearing to my routine ^^ .

One of my former co-workers is Romanian and she told me all about the hilariously specific and brutal insults the Romanians have. Here are some funny ones:

With the amount of traffic in German cities this kind of road rage would make driving impossible to say the least.

may I pitch in?

A big part of Romanian curses are actually made up of composed words

Beli-mi-ai pula = addressed to someone as a curse, literally translated to: strip the foreskin from my dick (it's meant to be understood as suck my sock). The long version is: Să îmi belești pula

Buvni-ti-as pula-n gat = My cock will explode in your throat.

sa ma pis pe crucea ma-tii = I will piss on your mother's cross

These were a quick introduction. I will add more later :-p

back :D

Să-ți împing nămolu' la deal cu roaba = I will push your mud uphill with the wheelbarrow. It means "I'll fuck you in the ass"

Să îmi sugi pula până îmi intră cearceafu-n cur = suck my dick until the bedsheet will be stuck in my ass.

Caca-m-as pa mormatu tau sa aiba ma-ta in ce sa infiga lumanarea = I will shit on your grave so your mother will have a support for the candle.

Edit:

Nu te-as fute nici cu o coada de matura invelita in 3 prezervative = I wouldn't even fuck you with a broom handle wrapped in 3 condoms.

This reminds me of...

"Oh phooey"
"Well dag-diggity"
"Sweet Mother of Preston Tucker!"
"Grapes of wrath!"
"Flowers for Algernon!"
"Not a gosh darn chance in Heck"
"Gob smackit"
"Sands of Zanzibar"
"Jumping bananas, we’re in Dutch"

If you know where these lines come from, we can definitely get along. (hey! google is cheating!)

Brrr wasn't that tag able to parse the url ?

Oh yeah btt ... I like saying absurd things instead of swearing having two little kids at home. Swearing in english hasn't really helped since my kids started saying "fuck" in Kindergarten...

My current favs are
Lick the cat!
Crack a nut!
Cat rock!

Others are in German and wouldn't sound funny here.

I understood one word, "kurwa", though I thought it was of slavic origin and would not be used in Romanian. I loved the small chuckle fatman gave at the end

When I am really pissed I only say fuck. It's so common in Germany because it's nice and short, one syllable. The classic german "Scheiße" is too long and can not be varied as much in it's pronounciation.

Since it hasn't been posted I'll leave this gem here

Before I went to visit Poland for the first time, a good Romanian friend took me to the side and said:
"I don't know any Polish, but there's one very useful word that I can teach you."

Apparently it's "curva" in Romanian. Small world. :D

Yep, curva is very popular
We also say "pizda" ( would translate to cunt/pussy) this means something is cool." Asta e pizda" - "This is cool"
When we say "pula" ( that means dick) that means something is bad. "Asta e ca pula" - "This is nasty"

That makes sense to me.
