If she want's a bit more chique there are Dell Latitudes and HP Elitebooks which are equal in terms of build quality.
There is even a german company which sells custom painted used ThinkPads at http://www.black-notebook.de/ but I don't know if they are any good...
If she prefers bling bling notebooks that's fine too.
Nonetheless, give us some more info, eg. is she looking for a desktop replacement or an ultra portable.
