It's actually my only way to ship stuff in europe at decent price, but I heard that if you have any problems it's very difficult to contact them.
Italian post, and any other courier will cost a minium of 30-35 eur to ship a keyboard for example.
Ecoparcel instead asks me for 12-18eur.

They are just a brokerage. They simply do what those price comparison websites do for car insurance. Try and find the cheapest quote. There'll be various companies on board to provide quotes. But like insurance company quotes from comparison websites, you usually get a better deal by phoning the individual company yourself. And just because it's cheap doesn't mean it's particularly good service. As I learnt using a company called DX recently.
