While browsing ebay looking for my next poor financial decision I came across this interesting looking keyboard. From a quick google it looks like it was part of a B&K 2202 Pro Focus Ultrasound machine.

I also found an ebay listing for the whole machine.

Does anyone want to try what looks like a painful to use keyboard?

The physicians using this whole machine (which I do see more often than I would like) typically do not use the alpha part of the keyboard at all, except perhaps when the ID of the patient has not been entered before or retrieved from already existing digital files. With one hand they hold the ultrasound device and scan the patient's interesting organs, with the other hand they control the ultrasound functions with that huge mouse and the buttons.
Chyros does not need generous donors, he actually generates income with his videos (nothing to say against that, of course).
