1) A black PS/2 or USB with any real Alps switches?
2) An IBM Model M with NO function keys? (left or top) (with or without numpad)
3) An IBM Model F with metal back, no numpad, no F keys, with USB conversion?
The reason I ask, I have been sent some pictures. The seller wants a small fortune, but I am suspicious! The M and F have no sticker with FRU or PN on the back. Actually, there is no manufacturer sticker on the back of any of them, not even the required "This item complies with the FCC regulations for interference..."
Edit: Except for the IBM, which have blue logos on the front, there is no mfr evidence on the outside of the cases.

For number 1 Dell is the most probable keyboard, but could be Matias (I think earlier keyboards used genuine Alps switches)?
Could number 3 be a Kishaver/4704 (no identification on those)?

1) Agreed with seebart. Black Dell AT101W keyboards are PS/2 and are easy to come across. The switches aren't anything special though. Still, you can always change them.
2) I'm almost completely sure that this doesn't exist. Don't take my word for it though. It might just be some Model F, which could definitely go without function keys. Model Ms have always had function keys.
3) Yes, this exists. IBM Kishsaver. These are very rare and are very expensive.

The 4704 has a bar running across the board over the alpha block. The pics do not have this bar. Another reason I am suspicious, he said he could "make" any keyboard from parts on hand. He does have a huge warehouse of old junk, but when I sent him the IBM spreadsheet, he said no to all of them. So if he does not have them, then I think he probably cobbled together some parts for "clones" and put IBM stickers on them. 4704 also did not have blue IBM logo, I am pretty sure. At least the ones posted here do not have blue logos.

I have asked him after that post if he was trolling us with a mod, but he didn't reply. Bastard!

Number 2 and 3 -- never seen one of these. For the number 1, besides what seebart already mentioned as the black Dell, there is an industry-customized (Alps, PS/2) Northgate with black body, black keycaps, and blue F keys.

But this is not the same! There is also another picture of the small Model M, as it was found I think or looks like in a storage? I have to search for it... I had posted it several times too.chzel wrote: ↑I just found more info about this gem...and it has hasu written all over it!

If you check the imgur album it is the fourth picture.
And you probably mean this post of yours, http://deskthority.net/post183899.html#p183899. The two first pics, I have no idea, but it's either hasu's board, or a very similar project...
Edit: and you are right...two different boards. Maybe hasu can shed some light?
