Hello people,

I'm new to this forum, so please excuse me if I am posting this in the wrong place.

I would like to build my own mechanical keyboard, namely a 60% one. I will be using the Gateron Clear MX-Compatible switch, and the FaceW 60% SPRiT PCB.

Here are the parts, can you please tell me if they are compatible? Please also tell me if there's a part I have missed.

Switch: Gateron Clear MX-Compatible Switch: https://www.massdrop.com/buy/gateron-switches

Case: 60% Acrylic Frosted Case: https://mechanicalkeyboards.com/shop/in ... ail&p=1410

PCB: FaceW 60% SPRiT PCB: https://mechanicalkeyboards.com/shop/in ... ail&p=1351

Keycaps: https://mechanicalkeyboards.com/shop/in ... ail&p=1445

So, here are my questions:

1. Are all the parts compatible?

2. If I'm not going to be using a plate, should I get PCB mount or Plate mount switches (I'm guessing PCB)?

3. How do I program the keyboard?

4. Are there any parts I'm missing?

5. Do the diodes for the PCB come pre-soldered to it?

Thanks for your help in advance.
