Hay all,
I'm new to Soarer, and though I have my model F configured, for the most part, as I like, there is one remap that I have failed to implement successfully. Its a small change to the num pad.
When the numpad Num_Lock is engaged, I want the standard behavior:
When the Num_Lock is NOT engaged, I want an additional down arrow in the center key position ('5' key):
Is this possible? ...if so, any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Hey Phenix, thanks for your input! You are correct, in my case I dont want to utilize an application to map keys; I have an old IBM model f keyboard that is modified with a Pro Micro ATMega32U4 chip with Soarer's Converter firmware installed on it. What im hoping for is someone to help me modify the configuration file that I use with that firmware to achieve the results outlined above.

sure - on keyboard is of cause nicer.
My idea would be to use an second layer for your behaviour, where numlock is the trigger
(layer 0=normal numpad, lk on)
(layer 1=movement-layer]
But i didnt checked if soarer has seperate codes eg num4 and numLeft
