It's for changing keyboard ID. Usefull when BIOS outputs an error that no keyboard is connected. Doesn't really matter when the board is used with soarers converter though. These correspond to bits 5-0 of the second byte of the keyboard ID. Shorting the pins sets that bit to zero.
There're also boards with pins marked A2-A7 for setting first byte of keyboard ID.
