Also I just found this one (couldn't find any information on it) - I'm guessing Microswitches right?

These could be microswitch SC. I've seen those caps on another ITT board that had both microswitch rubber dome and microswitch plate spring, but it's impossible to tell as they both look externally identical.

I would guess it's microswitch ST keyboard in terms of the ITT logo and the caps style.

Edit: yeah, MS SC, my mistake.

I guess I also found another one that also uses Microswitches? It's an old wordprozessor Wordplex 80-3. Unfortunately I'm pretty sure the seller won't take a keycap off...

Caps don't look like Keytronic foam and foil to me. Enter key reminds me of the Fujitsu Sanyo somehow, but the locklights would be in a weird position for an FLS board.

Yeah, most sellers don't do that. Maybe they would be willing to unscrew the case and take a picture of the insides and the PCB for you. I can send him a message too, maybe he will be persuaded by two politely asking, german speaking gentlemen ;)

It looks angled. If TNT is right and is a Fujitsu keyboard, it can be the unobtanium Fujitsu magnetic reed switch. Look at this Enter:

There really are a lot of similarities between the two. I hope TNT and me will be able to convince the seller to take a keycap off :)

If I'm not mistaken the PCB says "Digitran Golden Touch". Our lord and savior Chyros has a video on those. Seems to be the right one.

Those caps are Honeywell mount compatible ;)

Reported to feel like a heavier FLS with a high amount of wobble.

Any idea what switch type this is? I have spare stackpole key module I bought from someone who harvested another TI-99/4A, so I can return this one to operational condition if I hamburgle it's key module.

To answer my own question I think it's some kind of slider over membrane. The keycaps do look beautiful though.

Edit: Mitsumi KSD I think (which is funny because that switch type seems pretty rare... how are their 8+ revisions for a computer that was only around ~3 years)

Should here be a guess about this switch? I'll exclude foam&foil first judging from the caps but probably i'm wrong.

PMed seller but no response.

As noted elsewhere, the RCA APT VP4801 and the Cardinal CP600 are somewhat similar looking (both keys and interface jacks, though in different positions).

This is a WANING to all. Do not get the BTC 5027. My Google-fu was weak and I didn't realize that this wasn't a BTC dome with slider keyboard. It's just a rubber dome. I drove too far to pick it up in local classifieds. The feel isn't terrible for a membrane, but my Unicomp rubber dome is a million times better. I mostly want to try dome with slider to see how it compares to see if it's worth selling my HHKB for.
Either way, here's some photos so everyone knows what they're buying into. Sorry if this is off topic to the thread, but I figure it's common courtesy to write a warning. The backplate is metal though, which was neat.

Edit: I probably should have known based on the media keys. Didn't think about that either.

Sharp used Alps in a lot of things, but this is a complete mystery to me. I'd say 50/50 chance it's Alps.

If you're wanting a BTC that is dome with slider that has approximately the same form factor as the HHKB, think BT C5100C. They come in white or black and I've read that there is two different black tone color schemes, but I haven't seen them. They're also cheap, really lightweight, and I'm eventually going to get to putting a Soarer's into mine, so I can even eliminate the bulky 5 pin DIN AT cable. Just don't get the one with a 6 pin DIN.

I'll eventually sell my 5100C, so check back in a few months, after I've finished other projects.

Fantastic! Thanks, man!

I bought the keyboard instantly after seeing your reply :D . Here are some pics (it should arrive within a couple of weeks). I'll clean it up, and then let's document the hell out of it!

I do not even know if I should expect linear, tactile or clicky switches.
